FortiCel™ is a coating system that is sprayed onto the surface of the structural framing components during construction of your home. This ensures that, over the life of the building, no mold nor mildew will grow on the protected surfaces.
So, mold will simply not be an issue on the structural surfaces inside your walls in the future—not a place you want to discover mold or try to treat after construction.
FortiCel™ is completely safe—with zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compound) and no off-gassing. Not at all hazardous to your family, pets, or plants.
Should you decide to move on, the 25-year warranty is transferrable to a future owner of your home.
